My wife was discharged from a rehabilitation hospital and had Armada referred to us for home health care. Three days post discharge Debbie at the office finally notified us that a nurse would contact us to arrange a home visit to make an assessment. Never heard from a nurse. I called the office back x2 but no one ever answered the phone. Eight days post discharge, a physical therapist arrived (a professional fellow) saying he had been assigned to treat my wife and stating the assessment had been done. I told him we had never seen a nurse to have had made an assessment. The same situation with the

This place was unbelievably unprofessional. I never expected the encounters I had. Strange new staff coming to my home every other day a new face to get used to. High turnover. And when I complained about it the management didn't do a thing. One guy who looked really unprofessional and he smelled bad. He didn't wear a mask. And he was making fun of us where we could hear him and I saw him taking pics of my home. And then another girl I am not sure what her name was but she stole my make up. Not only that there nurses were telling aids to do wound care out of scope to someone on a phone

My mother fell at Christmas fracturing her right hip. She had multiple strokes three years prior and had never fully recovered. Mom required around the clock assistance, but was able to go out on her own with Uber to the Senior Center with her walker. So when she broke her hip, knowing the statistics of recovery for someone her age, we were not optimistic. The therapist Melissa and Monique, their bosses Steve and Beverly, and nurse Stephanie, were nothing less than stellar. It is literally like she didn't even fall two months ago. Mom is using Uber again and back at the Senior Center

The care was shown by the Therapist however, the rest of the staff.... Especially the administors were uncaring and showed no concern about the care of my loved one. I called to speak to the administrator and left messages for him and never received a call back. If you are in a customer service based business then you should understand that role before accepting a position.

My friend was referred to Armada by his doctor and the nurse they are sending out is horribly rude. She has no concept of the fact that they exist to make the client's life more comfortable. She has told him to cancel doctor appointments because she IS COMING and he had better be home. She refuses to come around his schedule (which is amazingly open) and somehow manages to insist on coming when he has plans. I would recommend staying away from Armada if you care about your loved one.
