I would not recommend this company for any service contacts they just don't follow thru on them. I had such a hard time trying to get them out hear to service my ac unit. see I paid for a two years service contact first year was fine the 2nd they just didn't show up they still owe me 2 more services

Devin from WildCat Heating and Cooling is an experience technician using the latest diagnostic equipment. He quickly found our problem, fixed it, and also installed surge protectors on both of our compressor units to help prevent future issues. My boss spent a lot of money with these guys on an a/c system for his laundromat. They now refuse to come out and service it per their contract. The a/c is not working and customers are not happy. The snotty receptionist told my boss that no one wanted to come service it. Now they won't answer their phones. 100% would not recommend.

On their second maintenance visit, the gentleman who came out try to review the previous visit only to find that there were absolutely no notes about the previous visit. He also mentioned that he was surprised I hadn’t been given a quote for a new unit, he said that’s something they do every visit, that seems like up selling. I had signed a… maintenance agreement with them, and because of the condition of my units, I decided to replace them. I asked for quotes for new units, and I received one quote. I called later because I had asked for a quote on each brand that they carried

My experience with Wildcat heating and cooling was beyond excellent! Devin Johnson was the technician who came to my home today and I am beyond happy and grateful. He was very professional very courteous and I actually learned some things about my mini-split AC that I would have never known before. I am so thankful to this company and to Devin because I can actually be comfortable in my home and not feeling like it's cooler outside. Thank you so much, you helped make my house feel like a home again.
