I have rented from them for three years in those years I have had my furnace and water heater go out my ceiling leak and my basement flood. Repairs weren’t done in a timely matter I have had to withhold payments and almost argue regarding them. I only hear from them when payment is due, I am constantly threatened and disrespected by Jan. I even told her I whether not speak with her because of disrespect and was told I have to like there was no other management. And now I am feeling I’m being bullied due to my lease. I am struggling because I have invested time energy and love in the home while

Jan did a really nice job fixing this place up from what it was previously. The previous tenant really made my work cut out for me as far as cleaning but since they allowed me to move in before my lease starts I can't complain. They helped me get out of my previous situation as soon as they could & that shows alot to me. I love moving into a rental that doesn't need any changes to the painting that almost rarely happens . Jan did a great job with all the remodeling . I feel very comfortable in my new home and can't wait to spend the next couple years here !

I currently have been renting for over a year at one of their properties and the experience has been excellent! There has only been one issue in that time and when I reported it to Regina, she did an amazing job of getting a gentlemen here immediately to resolve it. She has been attentive, kind, and very responsive since the beginning and I cannot be more grateful! Thank you Cleveland Bricks, I love my home!

In the times we live in, you desire that people do things with integrity. If you effectively communicate with Cleveland Bricks your experience will be awesome. Difficulty resolving issues.
CB changed their billing system which did not accept my automated payment.
I got an email saying there was a new way to pay after my automated payment was supposed to have happened.
I thought it was an option not a requirement so I chose not to opt in since my automated payments have been going well for over a year.
I didn't realize my automated payment didn't go through for this month.
Then I get another email and a phone call 2 weeks after my automate payment schedule. I talked to the rep and understood that from now on I will be getting email invoices
