Dude is nothing short of outstanding. I hired him in June 2020 for dui charge that I had from back 2012. It was my 3rd dui at the time and I’d had a warrant out for it for over 7 years. I knew with certainty the DA was wanting to throw the book at me and that was the case. I lived with the fear of this hanging over my head for 7 years, as well as not having a license and dealing with the matter showing up on background checks, and yes I know this was my own fault. I finally decided to handle the matter and pay my dues which was most likely going to be a year in jail and another 3 years without

Mr. Daly is probably one of the best attorneys I've ever hired. In a situation that's full of high stress you want someone that's really on your team and really there for your best interest. He was able to squeeze my boyfriend into his schedule and was very prepared and very involved. I contacted Thomas Daly in regards to resolving an outstanding dui that left me confused and in need of legal assistance due to the lack of information the courts provided regarding my case. He responded within minutes and helped look into my case to get this addressed. He was able to find that it was dismissed but the courts just never informed me of this. I just needed a little advice drafting a brief for a traffic infraction appeal and was working from a very limited budget.
