In recent news, in an article titled, Trump Administration Begins Sending Asylum Seeker to Guatemala, this past Tuesday under a new rule the U.S. has decided to send back asylum seekers from Honduras and El Salvador back to Guatemala. Unbelievably the U.S government has come to an agreement to send asylum seekers without their consent back to Guatemala when arriving to the U.S borders without a visa or permission of entry.

Set an appointment today snd the lawyer was no show. The girl named Julia Toralba who set up the appointment for me was saying the appt was moved Nov 4. By who? And why was I not notified? Why nobody texted me or emailed me? And they claim to be a professional law firm with compassion that they take care of people. I would like to think otherwise. Waste of time.

Got off to a slightly rocky start with some call miscommunication but once we got connected I got excellent advice that really relaxed me a lot more about my upcoming aos interview.
I was really impressed that he did not try and sell me his services - I always expect the opposite when it comes to lawyers etc
He also had great knowledge of the layout of the sac USCIS office and as well as advice on my case, he gave me excellent advice about the office security and where to go on the day.
