We were camping in the area and had an emergency on a holiday with our dog. We called their emergency line which was answered quickly by Dr. Fitzgerald. We explained the situation and he said he would meet us at the clinic as soon as we could get there. He was understanding and gentle with our dog and took care of him. If I lived in this area, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ashley Valley Veterinary Clinic for all my dog’s care.

This was my first visit to this vet office, I just moved to town and was hoping to get my one year old dog established and acquainted with a new vet and staff. She did well with her last vet and staff but can be a little bit nervous around new people. Overall our experience here was less than stellar.
The first bad sign was when I opened the door, my dog popped her head in sniffed around and immediately turned around and ran back out. She’s never done this before at the vet or anywhere else. It was kind of disappointing that no staff offered to step out and greet her for a second to make her

I took my mini schnauzer in to have his paws and nails trimmed. He weighs 14 lbs and they charged me $60. They didn't trim his nails and each leg is horribly shaved. All different length and patches of hair were left. I called to complain and ask why I was charged for a full groom when it was just his lower leg/paws and they wouldn't bugde on the price. Was super disappointing

Worst experience with an Emergency situation! Me and my husband asked and begged multiple times to view our 1 year old pup because he was foaming from the mouth, diarrhea, throwing up, shaking and drooling for almost an hr! The front desk lady was not professional and rude just telling us “We can’t do nothing, you gotta call after 5pm to consider an emergency, or to try another vet!!!!!!” Can you believe this? What if my family’s pup was dying and we gotta wait until 5pm to call? Also while this happening she was ignoring us to help the other clients.I wish she would of said let me see
