Call 435-789-6697 to make an appointment for your pet to be seen. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Have been taking my cat Buddy to Countryside since I moved here two years ago from the S F Bay Area. He was having issues breathing as well as coughing type seizures. Dr Beckstead did a thorough exam including an X-ray and determined he was suffering from asthma and had a large buildup in his lungs. She has been treating him on a regular basis with a combination of steroids and antibiotics. He has since had his seizures reduced and now has a much higher quality of life. The absolute rudest person I've ever spoken to at an animal clinic. When my dog was sick and dying they told me they were too busy. Literally would cut me off mid sentence and tell me she didn't have time for my conversation. After telling me to go somewhere else she calls me back on Sunday to "check" on my dog and then gets all butt hurt and hangs up on me when I tell her I've made plans with another vet... After I was told to go somewhere else. Zero compassion, zero empathy, obviously doesn't care about animals or their owners. If you see your pet as a business decision then this is the place

This clinic has seen all of my dogs. They helped me through the experience of putting down my first dog when I was 15. They've answered midnight phone calls when my dog's got into things that they shouldn't have or been acting sick. They are very helpful when booked out and do their best to find something for my pets as soon as possible. Living out in Utah County now, I still try to drive to Vernal for my pet's medical needs. Their prices are far better than anywhere out here. I appreciate them making animal healthcare as accessible as possible.

Very very impressed with Doc Murphy. Everyone told me how great he is and they were right! He was very informative about everything he was doing. He and his staff were extremely nice and generous, something I really appreciated. Jon made sure I was satisfied with my visit and made sure we didn’t miss anything. He did chiropractic work on my horse, scoped him, ran an ulcer test and over all figured out what was going on and created a great treatment plan to get my horse back on track. There’s a LOT I could say about my visit but I 100% recommend!
