Choosing the right realtor to guide you through the maze of purchasing a house is daunting at best. Many "realtors" are not from your specific area and are in realty as a part time gig. After extensive searching, we found Mike Childs. A true local, Mike knows the area and it's ins and outs intimately. We were not interested in a sales person who would point out "this is the kitchen, this is the bedroom" drivel, and Mike delivers. When a problem cropped up during the closing process, Mike was a true "Johnny on the spot". As an unexpected bonus, Mike gave us back $2,200 from his side of the commission
