Dealing with the legal system is scary even when you know you're in the right. Eve and her staff were always there to quickly answer any questions or concerns. Eve's calm and confident demeanor was not only reassuring to me but also effective during the hearings. I would absolutely recommend Eve and her staff to any close friend or family. Eve is fantastic! I chose her because of all of her good reviews, and she did not disappoint. Anytime I had a question, she or Ali was very quick in responding to me and helped me understand this very difficult situation. I felt like my world was ending but Eve pushed me through when I was ready to give up. I’m so glad she did because she got me a very favorable settlement in the end!

I was thankful to find Eve as representation. She was honest, reliable and fair with cost. Eve provided updates in a timely manner through the duration of the case. Eve was amazing from start to finish with my 2 year+ custody case in Charlotte County. She's well versed in not only knowing the law but also opposing counsel, judges, etc. She is very knowledgeable and I always felt prepared going into court. I used Eve McClurg's services about 6 months ago and the only regret I have is that I didn't use her during the beginning of my 3.5 year-long divorce litigation (things would've been much different). She was direct and honest. I felt as if I was finally being properly represented (I went through two attorneys previously). If you ever do need an attorney (hopefully not), I would strongly recommend Eve; you'll find no laziness or shadiness here.
