For more than thirty years, George has focused his practice on representing clients involved in a wide array of business, construction and general litigation. He has tried more than fifty cases to verdict or judgment, earning recognition from The Florida Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in both Civil Trial Law and Business Litigation Law.
Thomas Hart is a Florida Board Certified Real Estate Attorney. He has achieved an "AV Preeminent" peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest level of professional excellence. Tom concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, government, community associations, and business law.

Based on the excellent reviews this firm has, I called upon them for help with a construction issue. I can safely say , contacting these ethical folks was a great decision. George Gift dealt with my issue honestly and fairly. He is an excellent communicator, very down to earth and easy to talk to , explaining all aspects plainly so I could make informed decisions. I would recommend the fine team to anyone because they actually care about helping their clients. I will not hesitate to call upon them again , should the need arise.
