After calling many therapists and not getting any calls back, I reached out to Lisa at The Taylor-Austin Group. She returned my call within one hour. I was relieved because I needed to be seen right away. She had a cancellation and got me into her schedule within 24 hours. She was not only relatable, but smart and kind. I highly recommend.

Finally. After meeting with several other therapists, I had an appointment with The Taylor-Austin Group and I am continuing. Professional, quick reply. Obvious experience and someone who "gets me." I have reached out to this office several times (voicemail and email) over the last month and I have not even been given the curiosity of a return communication. A simple, "I'm sorry we have no openings at this time." would have been sufficient ... just feels unprofessional especially for an office rated so highly! ... Response to the Owner: Based on your response; Thank you for not returning my calls and email as your organization first made me feel ignored and then made me feel insulted by your comment. A simple “I'm sorry we have not gotten back to you” would have been sufficient. However

I selected The Taylor-Austin Group due to the experience of the owner. She is a licensed and board certified counselor, which was important. Lisa is very thorough. I was given paperwork and signed a document which explained everything including billing. Lisa went over all of this in our first appointment and I had an opportunity to ask questions which she gladly answered.
She billed my insurance and also explained it is my responsibility to understand my insurance plan, which I agree with. She encouraged me to call my insurance company to double check everything she told me was accurate. I did

I highly recommend the service of the Taylor-Austin Group LLC. In my line of work I have referred persons in various stages of life. Not one of my 25 referrals have EVER had a negative complaint regarding services, professionalism etc. I find that this group to be effective and competent. Another plus that my clients remarked is that the services are seamless, they don't have to haggle with insurance carriers billing etc., they can simply receive much need therapeutic services and not have additional stress and worries with paper work.
