C&T Service Air Conditioning And Heating really came through for us. Mike gave our old AC compressor a good six extra months. Then, when it came time for a new system, his prices were competitive and his service was great. He had to custom fit the inside unit and did so without complaint. When I had a problem later, during a heat wave, Mike came right out on a Saturday and fixed it, no charge. Stephanie is great to deal with on the phone as well. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time we have used this company. Mike Constantine is great: knowledgeable, professional, direct and honest. His technicians, Chris and Carlos, did their work professionally, were friendly and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. The office manager, also friendly and professional, was helpful and patient in guiding me through the online process of registering their certificate of insurance with our condominium management company and online payment. My moms old heater pilot wouldn't stay lit after the gas had to be briefly be shut off. I came across a great review about C & T that stated they know how to fix old systems and don't try to get customer's to buy new ones. I called, the appointment was 3 days out. The tech ended up being the owner Mike who showed up on-time, had the parts in his truck and fixed the heater. The price was fair and the heater is up and working again. It is so nice to have found such a great company! Thank you.

I have an unusual packaged heat pump system in my apartment, rigged to operate with the building's internal water supply. When the condenser failed, I managed to find a similar PTAC from an Indiana surplus warehouse, arriving on a palate with no instructions or technical support. Unpleasantries ensued.

It was difficult finding a company that worked on 1925 floor furnaces. C&T Service does, and they did an excellent job on mine.
I was given a quote that was within my budget, and the work done was first-grade. The technicians had to crawl under my house, and there is not a lot of wiggle room, to cap the gas line in order to remove a part they took to the shop to be repaired.
There was a gas leak when I called them, and the gas company warned me not to use the furnace. It was very unsafe. Mike Constantine, the owner, said there were no safety features so he brought my furnace up to code. God answered

Mike & his 2 techs were very experienced and provided outstanding service. They got my old gravity floor heater up and running that is inside a 1924 craftsman home in Highland Park. They even installed a very nice thermostat. Everything was done professionally and clean. Now I don't have to suffer in those cold winters because now the heater warms up the whole house in minutes! prices were reasonable. No doubt, Mike is a very professional guy. He serviced me for so many years. He used to answer phone calls and scheduled appointment time by himself. I guess he is getting more popular and busy, now he has a lady to answer phone call, this makes me to hesitate to use him again. She is the rudest person I ever talk with. We had an AC failure during the great 2018 "Heatstorm". Nobody could help me sooner than three days except these guys, who fitted me in the day I called. Michael was a great guy, very smart and helpful, and in an hour our house was cold again. And that's what you want when you call an AC service technician.

This is long overdue, as Mike Constantine visited us during the Holidays last year. Our HVAC was leaking and Mike showed up immediately. It was a quick adjustment, which he took care of for free. He said he didn't feel right charging us for such an easy fix. He also recommended a very cost efficient filter, letting us know the ones we were sold were less efficient and more expensive. Extremely honest, with a ton of integrity. I will use him for all of our future needs, as well as recommend him to everyone I know.

Loved the service. Mike came over did a quick diagnostics, turned out it was not a big deal. some other quoted i got had recommended i change the whole unit.
