I was experiencing a leak in my half-bath downstairs that started after having to shut the water off to the toilet because it running constantly. Meetze had technician come out. He was very pleasant and professional. He answered all of our questions. He was hesitant to cut the walls, but I assured him it was ok as I just wanted the leak fixed. He cut midway in the wall and did not see any water. However, we could hear air that sounded like there was a leak coming from somewhere. From start (calling for help) to finish, I was handled professionally. There was very little delay in dispatching a technician and Josh/tech explained my problem and the best solution for me. Josh handled the repair expediently and in short order, my gas hot water heater was replaced, along with a couple of changes to bring everything back up to code. I would definitely recommend Meetze Plumbing, based on my experience.

First of all, I never write reviews. However, after the experience I had from Meetze, I feel obligated to. I had a waste pipe that had come disconnected in a rental house. The renter is a good friend of mine and they called Meetze to come fix it. The guy showed up on time and ran a camera through the pipe. It had come apart and just needed to be put back together and glued. They had to call another employee to come and appraise the job. He shows up and gives my renter a quote of $4000. Keep in mind, this is a 1 bedroom home with 1 bath, kitchen sink and a washing machine. To plumb the whole house

Install a dish washer. They did a great job and were very nice and professional. The only issue I had was the price of the service, I supplied the dish washer and the parts they needed to install it and it took them less than an hour to install the dish washer and they charged me $452.00 before tax to complete the job. The invoice listed something they provided but I asked the guy did you use any of your own parts and they said no 🤔. It seems like they are close in line for what other people charge though which I think is still price gouging. Less than an hour of work should not be $452.00 an

First, my water heater died so I Googled plumbers. Based on some of the reviews I read on Meetze Plumbing, I felt confident enough to give them a try, so I made an appointment online. Prognosis, I needed a new water heater. I had no reservations about this since my old water heater was 20 years old. The technician gave me a verbal estimate for the new water heater. The next day, two technicians came and installed the new water heater, which was in the attic. I believed them to be professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in what they were doing. They took their time to make sure the job was done

Todd came the same day I called about our busted water heater to assess the situation. Since our water heater was beyond repair (as we had already assumed), Todd came up with a plan to replace our old water heater, as well as solve some other plumbing issues around old house, starting first thing the following morning. Wow! These guys are comfortable charging a lot of money. Maybe it's their pricing model, but $437 for a leaky shower is nearly insane.
Now that they've cleared my service fee check, I see they're not even a local company. They are part of some large Kentucky holding mega Plumbing business! Who needs this at all?
They could have used the uploaded video to diagnose the problem, but they wanted to charge the $49 service fee, and have the opportunity to look for problems with the hot water heater. If we want to avoid runaway inflation, consumers need to push back against pricing that

Had Meetze tech come to my newly purchased condo to see if the plumbing was legal and up to par since there had previously been a lawsuit over the illegally plumbed condos when built. Meetze tech said it was illegal and they would need to tear out a wall and blah, blah, blah -- estimate $600.00. Then I got a City Inspector come take a look and he said the plumbing had already been corrected, was perfect and legal, nothing needed to be done. Meetze was going to rip me off for $600.00.

We called because our dishwasher wasn't draining. Shephard came out and fixed it in no time. He was polite, courteous, and very obviously knew what he was doing. They charged us only for the house call on a Sunday no less. Others we has contacted were WAY more expensive. I have Meetze saved on our speed dial from now on.

Great experience! I had on ongoing problem with a running/hissing/generally problem toilet. It was a Saturday when I finally got a minute to call a plumber for this very non-urgent issue. I called Meetze Plumbing today to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They sent a tech for a $49.00 service charge. Without even looking under my sink, he went outside to look at my sewer connection. I'm in a townhouse that is over 30 years old. He said that due to the age of the condo, he felt the clog is to the outside and would cost $400.00 to snake it with no guarantee. I said well how can that be since the water on the right side of the sink is draining fine? Oh, well, I guess it could be clogged under the sink then.
