Our hot water heater went out back in November. At almost 37-weeks pregnant you can imagine this was the worst possible time for this to happen. However, Jeff turned our bad misfortune into a wonderful overall experience. He was at our home measuring for a replacement the same day, provided a quote the next, and installed the new system the following day. From broken to brand new in 3 days!!! I just had a leak in my water heater unit last night. I was able to turn off my water and called around to see if any plumbing company can help me. They were quoting me an arm and a leg just to come out and see the problem. I was referred to Jim by a friend and within an hour he was at my house checking the problem for a low cost. He called to tell me the issue and let me know that one of his men will be out there shortly to fix the pipe. My pipe was fixed immediately and at a low cost! Amazing customer service! They did a better job than the originals who set up the unit! I am more
