I preface this with the fact that I am one of those who do not like going to the dentist. I have had a couple of bad experiences and those memories just don't go away. Okay, so now you know that is where I am starting.
I went to a dentist as Coronavirus was spreading. Travel from China had been banned and other international travel was getting shut down. The office I had visited, which was not in Canon City and not associated with Dr. Hall, was very dismissive of the issue and told me that the virus probably wouldn't make it to Colorado. Be careful when you get an estimate for the suggested treatment. My son received an estimate for treatment. Seeing that his financial responsibility would be acceptable, he signed the estimate. Half-way through treatment, he had paid close to his estimated costs. He then received a bill for almost $400.00 more owed. When he called the front office he was told "an estimate is just that, an estimate." At no point was he advised the treatment was exceeding the estimate. He submitted a respectful lettter to Dr. Hall asking her to review his case. No changes were offered. He will

Excellent customer service and pain free! I somehow managed to crack a molar in half -very painful! Dr. Hall's staff got me in same day and scheduled my root canal same day as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I eventually had to have the tooth extracted by Dr. Hall. I took 2 Ibuprofen that evening, and was literally pain free the next day, no problem. Highly recommend

I went to this dentist as they were able to get me in quickly however the male dentist in the office did not bother to give me any options except the most expensive one. When I went back to have them finish up and prepare for the crown I questioned why I wasn't given any options the male dentist felt threatened and said I had no confidence and told me to leave the office and not come back he refused to finish the process he had started. Seems to me he is the one who lacks confidence when questioned

I ended up going to this office after hopping on Google for a dentist when I ended up with an infected tooth, and was quite happy with finding them.
I had Dr. Mazzola (or some spelling variation thereof, I can't remember how to spell her name exactly), a very nice young dentist from Michigan. I ended up with a root canal that took two visits, and she was great, since the first consultation visit she didn't have to do any work at all, but did anyway, to help relieve the pressure and pain initially. (Being a mom, I'll admit, I let that one go..) She did a great job with it, considering
