Personally, there aren't enough stars to give them. From the very beginning, I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. Mrs Norred and Mr Everett, and of course the rest of the staff, worked very quickly to get my case handled in a timely manner. They handled everything. I mean it. I just sat back in amazement at how fast they worked, and I really didn't have to do anything. All I did was show up for my hearing. Even then, Mr Everett was fantastic. He got my hearing taken care of ahead of other folks, and quicker, due to my medical conditions.
