Attorney Topazio has been thoroughly professional, diligent and skillful in navigating through the defense of the assault and battery charges (domestic violence) against me. I was first referred by my ex-girlfriend's friend's father who is a judge in New York. He highly recommended me Attorney Topazio. Although the process and judicial system is long and drawn out and somewhat redundant, my ultimate outcome was favorable. Atty Topazio was great at communicating the steps and how things would most likely transpire. He answered all my questions, as well as those of immediate family members. From day one Steven seemed more of a knowledgeable friend then a lawyer to me, Gaining my trust in him and my friendship.
I have since moved out of State but still remain in touch with him as he is resolving another non-related issue.
As you will find with any Law office , they never seem to return your calls as fast as you would like -however, Steven always planned plenty of time to discuss or change things in my defense and as a result the correct verdict
