Services
FITT 60126 ("FITT") is a non-profit fitness studio focused on offering a wide variety of classes to a diverse base of clients, each with their own personal fitness goals. While many other studios can say the same, what sets FITT apart is the deep sense of community and strong relationships that exist between its members.
Antonette Carfagnini loves training clients as a personal trainer and as a group instructor. She is a member of the Board of Directors at FITT60126 that founded the non-profit studio. Learn more about Antonette. Andrew Phillips became passionate about health and fitness through his own journey of losing 144 lbs.
What initially attracted you to FITT60126 (formerly FITT-RX)? How/why did you start coming to FITT? Dave: I have a good friend at work who started getting in shape, and I am a little competitive (you will notice a theme). Tell us a little about yourself I grew up in India and came to the US for grad school and have been here since.
We believe you can achieve and maintain your greatest health with your personal trainer by your side. FITT60126 personal trainers individualize each program to your specific goals, ensuring an effective workout with proper form. We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute options. We offer small group training options as well.

Typical clicky Elmhurst women attend. One “ leader” of regulars decided she didn’t like a new instructor encouraged other members to not attend her classes. Instructors also clicky and gossiped about members. There are literally hundreds of work out places… spend ur money elsewhere. Too much like HS

If you're looking for an awesome and intense workout, with a creative mix of HITT and strength, FITT 60126 is the place for you. FITT 60126 has awesome trainers and a selection of classes to choose from - both in person and on zoom. I always have a great workout. They have done a phenomenal job in following Covid rules and mixing up classes so that you continually feel challenged. Ask for Antonette or Bridget and try a class today!

I have tried an number of different workout facilities since I moved to Elmhurst 20 years ago and about 2.5 years ago 2 of my friends got me started at FITT RX. I was skeptical at first as the workouts seemed hard and everyone seemed in shape. But, I couldn't be happier! FITT is an amazing place! Trainers are supportive and the motivate you to stay in the game and work toward your own personal goals! They are helpful throughout the classes to make sure you are doing the exercise and moves correctly and offer up motifications if you need them because of injuries or skill level. As a newer member and a person who does NOT like to workout, I have been very happy with my experience at FITT-RX. In the past, I have been intimidated by most gyms. Typically, their clientele are in great shape and the classes are geared towards them. However, on a recommendation from a friend, I started going to FITT-RX because she insisted that it was 'different' from your typical gym environment. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she was right. After attending several different types of classes offered (TRX, Power Spin, Circuit, Cardio Kickboxing, Boxing Fundamentals and more) I feel better

FittRX is motivation at its best! They have great instructors and a variety of classes that kick your butt. It's a total body workout. There are beginners and experts in each class so no matter your fitness you'll feel comfortable. Each class is different and they give you tips and pointers to help you improve. They have childcare for majority of the classes and offer a variety of classes throughout the day. I've had such a great experience at FittRX.

I can't say enough about Fitt RX. Jill Giorno and ALL of the staff at Fitt are so supportive. They will work with any and all fitness levels to help you gain confidence and a healthier body. The classes are challenging, but fun and rewarding and never too big. I love the smaller studio and individualized attention. Thanks for helping me "like" to work out.

I was over weight and way out of shape. I needed a change. I tried walking per my doctors recommendation but that was boring. I had no idea what to do at a regular gym. I found Fitt-Rx and I'm glad I did. They have classes though out the day. I go to the evening 30 minute express classes and Saturday morning spin class. Every class is different. The trainers are great. I have been going for almost a year now and have lost over 100 lbs. If you are looking for a fun workout check it out.

Just when I thought that Fitt-Rx has pushed me to every limit I was quickly reminded that I was wrong. This realization came after attending Stacy's Spin Express Class this morning. 30 minutes of non stop calorie burning all while learning proper spinning techniques!!!! Definitely worth checking out.
I greatly appreciate everything that the classes and trainers from Fitt- Rx have taught me. We are so fortunate to have this locally owned gem in Elmhurst.

I had some awesome customer service from both of the owners over at Fitt-Rx. They treated me like a valued client/ customer. It is apparent Fitt-Rx cares for their customers and provides a very warm, welcoming and motivating environments ...

I have been going to Fitt-RX for personal training for the past few months and I love it! The trainers are very knowledgable and push you HARD (but not past your limits). They are so encouraging and tailor everything to you and your goals (I have been working on increasing my running pace). I have not taken classes yet, but I have been able to observe some from the side during my sessions and they look great. Lots of energy and variety. I am training currently for a half marathon and in my last 10K race I was nearly a full minute faster on my average pace!
