VFS Academy was founded by Owner and Head Coach Mike Valle. Considered one of the premier striking coaches in the world, Coach Mike continues to train professional fighters in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Coach Mike has developed a striking system to help people of all fitness levels reach their personal goals. The program included the following fighters: Henry Briones, Brandon Moreno, Danny Salas, Gabriel "Moggly"Benitez, Jose Quinonez, Guido Cannetti, Alejandro Perez.
Services
Pro MMA classes are designed for pro or amateur fighters. We train an array of disciplines. We begin class with a warmup of shadowboxing, stretching and jump rope. Then depending on the day we will begin training of wrestling for mma, striking or bjj. At the end of the class we either run a few circuits, core training or light sparring.
