I’m not usually one to complain but my last visit was not as expected. I needed my car towed as it wouldn’t start and made sure to call first to see how long it would take to fix it before having it towed. They said it would be next day and they wrote my ticket. The car was towed and dropped off Thursday and when I didn’t get a call close to end of day Friday, I called them and he asked If I had a ticket in. He said he found my info but wouldn’t be able to look at it as there were two cars ahead of me. Said it would be Saturday. They closed Saturday at 2 but when I hadn’t heard from them

Recently my truck's check engine light decided to make its presence known. I took the truck to a local retail parts store and was given the codes associated with the oxygen sensor without charge. I was speaking with a coworker about where to take my truck for this repair other than the dealership. She joyfully recommended Jenkin's Automotive Service & Tire Center.

Left car in the morning for inspection, never got a call back that it was finished. Showed up at closing time and it had been sitting there all day without a passed inspection. Now I have to wait until after the weekend without inspection until my shop opens to get an exhaust leak fixed. Also lied about my third brake light not working because I'm not blind and can see that it cuts on perfectly when applying brakes. Even checked it at multiple times of day to make sure it wasn't losing connection or something weird was happening. Also if the guy lowered his eye level to the level of the third brake

My son is a JMU student with a 2008 vehicle. He had a problem with his car, brought it to Jenkins because of location, and we could not be happier with this Mechanic and business.
