Since 1989 Alann Engineering Group, Inc. has provided creative and cost effective Site Layout, Planning and Infrastructure Design Services for commercial and residential site developments to clients in East Central and South Florida. Our projects range from small single family developments and single-user sites to large scale mixed-use projects, commercial and industrial developments.
AEG assists our clients with the design and permitting of their commercial and retail projects. We offer conceptual site design services as well as site design and permitting and construction inspections and certifications. AEG has successfully designed and permitted a variety of projects ranging from single use retail/commercial buildings to large retail shopping centers.
