Typically, a divorce begins when one party, via service by state marshal, serves the other with a Summons and Complaint for dissolution of marriage. Once this happens, Automatic Orders go into effect. Both parties are bound by these orders and violation of them puts either party at risk for being in contempt of Court.
Chris graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts and earned his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Attorney Stacy Votto is the best family attorney in the area in my opinion. I interviewed and hired a few and I found her to be the cream of the crop in her field in area.
