I would like to write this review of my dealing with the Law office of James J. Gigliotti. After reading some of the other reviews, I am just astounded by the lack of knowledge that people have about the legal system. I was served with a totally bogus injunction on Dec. 24th 2014, at 8pm, that had me appearing in court at 8 am Dec. 30th 2014, for violation of a Domestic abuse statute in FL. It was filed by my brother in retaliation for my dispute with him over the location of assisted living facilities for my 89 year old mother, who was celebrating her birthday that day. Hiring an attorney to defend your innocence can be overwhelming. There are many attorneys in the Central Florida area and many which may seem as the better choice because of their notoriety. James is a consummate professional. His work ethic coupled with his communication style never left me in doubt of who was representing me. My case was VERY complex and James did his due diligence prior to my even hiring him. It was that level of effort that led me to hire him and knew that I could get a good night’s sleep at the end of the day. In the end I walked out of the courtroom with a solid victory that has allowed me to move forward and know that there are genuine attorneys out there who truly care and are not just putting on a show for their client.
