Chef & Owner Rhiannon Chandler Dillon, aka "Sweet Rhi, " has over 17 years experience in the food service industry.
After studying culinary arts at AB Tech in Asheville, North Carolina, she began an extremely successful career as a pastry chef while nurturing her deep passion for food. Rhiannon developed her talents while working at several restaurants around the US, where she had the opportunity to work under world-renowned chefs and study several different facets of the culinary world.

I worked with Sweet Rhi for my wedding dessert table and was so happy that I did! Rhi was a dream to work with and her desserts were AMAZING! I was unable to taste anything prior to the wedding since I was out of town but the quality and flavors blew me away! We received so many compliments on the desserts from our guests and we would highly recommend working with Rhi for your event!

Not only did Rhi make our wedding cake, she is our cake baker for life! She was so flexible with COVID--our initial cake tasting were little cupcakes we took home to sample. We had two weddings: the signing then the ceremony later; she made both cakes. We did her tiramisu cake for no1 and the classic strawberry and buttercream for no2 and both were stunning. The design and decoration is beautiful, and she made a little birthday cake for my husband's sister whose birthday was on our wedding--it did not make it home!
We look forward to using Sweet Rhi for all our cake and cupcake celebrations!

We hired Rhi to do a cake for our June wedding and were beyond thrilled with the results! We started with a tasting where numerous flavors were provided and they were all so delicious we picked 3! Rhi showed us different designs and helped us come up with the final result which was a smooth look with lots of flowers. The frosting looked so perfect it was hard to believe it wasn’t fondant. Multiple guests commented on how beautiful the cake was and it truly added to the overall decor of the wedding- not to mention it was the yummiest treat for our guests! Rhi was absolutely incredible to work with! From our initial consultation, to our tasting, to the big day - everything was just amazing! Her cakes are beyond delicious and she takes such pride in what she does! In addition to our wedding cake, Rhi made french macaroons to match our wedding colors, as a wedding favor for our guests and they were a HUGE hit!!! We can't thank Rhi enough for making our big day even more special!!

10 Stars! Rhi was so sweet and easy to work with. She is busy and still makes times for you no matter what. EVERYONE was raving about our cake pops! Our cake was delicious, and I cannot wait to eat our anniversary cake a year from now! She was professional, dependable, and easy to work with. We even rented cake stands from her which eased the process for us. Her shop is so cute and clean. You need to book her for your event! You won’t regret it!

My sister ordered this cake for our mom’s birthday. The cake was beautiful and looked amazing - inside and out. Because our mom has celiac we have to have gluten free food to accommodate her. It was a white cake with strawberry inside - completely gluten free. This was not a good gluten free cake. The cake was so dense it was like eating a dry sponge. The icing was the equivalent to a slightly sweet crisco (very thick and greasy). The strawberry slices were sparse. My husband and I both agreed that it did not taste good. My mom did not say anything (which usually means she didn’t like it) and

Sweet Rhi was amazing throughout the wedding planning process. Rhiannon has a culinary background, is very knowledgeable and able to make just about any dessert you can imagine. Her new shop is so cute. Our cake tasting was fun and all of the flavors were so delicious. The only problem was trying to choose which flavors for our wedding cake because they were so yummy! We ended up doing a grooms cake and mixed desserts at wedding as well because the cake options were that good. Our wedding cake was amazing and she provided us with all of the stands to use. She had a good selection to choose from
