Services
Fitness - Achieve gains in strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and mobility to get in shape and stay in shape;. Community - Join a community of individuals committed to self-improvement and surround yourself with the energy that comes from consistent positive change;. Our purpose is to provide you with the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction in Colorado.
The originality and genius of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is found in the manner in which students are taught and trained: Live sparring or randori, also known as "rolling, " where students try to apply technique on an uncooperative, fully resisting, opponent constitutes a significant portion of most training sessions.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is ideal for women. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was created specifically to empower the smaller person to consistently overcome the bigger, stronger, more aggressive opponent. When women are attacked they are often taken to the ground by a larger more aggressive assailant and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu effectively addresses this situation.
Jiu Jitsu, which means "gentle art, " emphasizes the use of timing, positioning, technique and leverage to overcome brute strength and power; therefore, your child will not need to rely on size, strength, or aggression to excel. The regular practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches Perseverance, Integrity, Courage and Responsibility.
Daniel Goldberg began his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu path in 2013 under Professor Heath Chapman of East Carolina Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Winterville, North Carolina (affiliated with Robson Moura Nations United). Daniel has been training at Colorado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Satori ever since moving to Denver in 2016.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
You won’t find higher quality instruction or a better community to train BJJ. Professors Sean, Teri, Don and Gregg will equip you with the skills to defend yourself, win on the world stage, or just provide an excellent workout, depending on your goals. The community is a family. I cannot recommend the school strongly enough!

Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place. Terri, Don and Sean are some of the best people I know and cater to all learning styles. They do a great job in breaking down the moves and explaining proper technique. They will work with you to build your skills and to feel confident in self defense. Also, this place really is a judgement free zone, everyone here is a family and will know you by name. When I first started I was definitely intimidated, especially as a non athletic woman in a predominantly male sport. However, even on my first day I was welcomed with nothing but kindness

In every class that I have observed, the instructors have been not only professional and knowledgeable but also respectful and encouraging to all participants, making everyone feel valued. This includes men’s, women’s, and children’s training. One other thing that I very much appreciate about the facility is the cleanliness. Owners are diligent about cleaning and disinfecting, and they have been doing this for years, long before COVID.

I started attending a couple months ago.
I Have been consistently and thoroughly impressed and pleased with the classes, the instructors, the clientele, both novice and experts, that this gym attracts. The cleanliness, the positive inclusive energy from every person I have engaged with while there learning, makes it easy to keep going back.
The instructors are patient and present, they correct and modify and provide very helpful hands on training in addition to verbal and visual instruction. . They make you feel welcome and acknowledge that everyone has to start somewhere. They encourage you
