Hollywood transmission custom built my 2010 f150 for my firewood wood business. They have connections to get hard to find parts. One of the upgraded parts was the the last one in the country. They we incredibly knowledgeable about transmission, and kept me in the loop during the transmission rebuild. We were so happy with the quality of their work we took my wife’s Jeep to them. They price on transmission rebuild was great. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Attempted to call for transmission service, was OK till we spoke about price and the fact he refused to do a simple rebuild due to truck modifications, i understand wanting a higher price for your service you warranty and stand behind. however when questioned about price you should never just laugh and hang the phone up. i attempted multiple times… to call back to ask for an explanation, was forward a bunch, then told " take it somewhere else" before a brief hanging up. still attempted to call, was threatened then finally was called a "sheep F%*#er" i know running a small business is difficult

I took my 2007 Expedition to a local Ford dealer to troubleshoot noise coming from the drivetrain. On a hunch, I spoke to Dave at Hollywood Transmission as well. He told me that the dealer will most likely blame it on a bad torque converter, but it's probably just overdue for a transmission flush and service, as torque converters rarely go bad. Sure enough, the Ford dealer determined that it needed a new torque converter, at a cost of $2500! I had Hollywood Transmission do the flush and service instead (using Amsoil transmission fluid) for around $700 and the problem was fixed, saving me $1800
