I called today to check on my rental insurance because I noticed that it was not coming out of my account. Gwen stated it was canceled due to non payment which I realized that it was because I changed banks and failed to update them during a PANDEMIC. Also keep in mind this was almost 2 hours later which she stated let me rewrite the policy and I will call you back. I had to end up calling her back. I called this past week to get insurance for my small business. After the lady asked how long I had been in business ( I had just told her I was a new business), she placed me on hold only to tell me that they wouldn't cover me unless I had been in business for TWO years. Now tell me, how does a new small business get insurance if you say you don't cover them until after two years?? This seemed insane to me so I called another agent who was happy to help me with my insurance needs. If you own a small business ( especially if you are just starting out), do not waste your time here. Take your business
