Shortly after I started my coverage I received a letter stating that my comprehensive and collision coverage would be removed because they needed to verify my NC residency because I didn't have a NC license. I have had a NC license for 12 years and even sent in pictures of my license. I spoke with the state farm and they were able to transfer me to the office and they said they would add it back after verifying my license. 1 week later I received a refund check and a cancelation letter for the same reason of not being able to verify my NC residency. I called multiple times and never received an
