Masters Level Social Worker - The need for Masters Level Social Worker is to provide evaluation of social service needs, provide interventions and provide supervision for the Bachelors Level Social Worker. RN Staff Nurse - The RN Staff Nurse is needed to teach and supervise personnel as needed; to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans for patient care; and provide nursing care according to the physician's orders.

At first, it seemed very promising, but the nurse they sent to open my case was not very knowledgeable in her assessing skills. The aide they sent was very sick, only having one lung and really should not have been working in the first place but I did decide to give her a chance. Gaining MY trust is not easy, especially when you work for 4 hours one week and submit a time sheet for my signature for 28 hours, Another thing that occurred was I was "missing" some disposable razors, and some other items that, if she would have asked, I would have given her. I enjoyed working with Nina's Home health, meeting different clients through the years I worked there. My boss was a wonderful leader and an example of how to care for our elderly and disabled adults. I miss you guys and will come back to work for you guys again if i even return to Ohio. miss you guys

Very disappointed in there services. When they come for the initial interview they are very positive and attentive, but once you agree to use their service you realize it was all a lie. If you call them no one knows what is going on or takes responsibility for any issues. The aide staff are not trained in the most basic areas of home health care. Scheduled service times were missed without notification, and given the excuse we are short staffed. (they could have called to say no one would be out). I give them 2 stars only because the aides they send are polite and really do try to do the job,

This is one of the most amazing home health care company in Columbus Ohio. I am so grateful for your services and thank you for taking care of my brother. The other companies were more interested in showing us just doing enough, and the aid will spend her time on her phone. Then your company came along and yes we had real patient care. Thank you. I have work with this company since 2013 and i must say it is one of the best in the Columbus area. When i started i working with this company i was not happy because of their no nonsense approach to policy and procedures. I was thinking they were going to be a little relax but it turn out they done play. This is a place to work, i will recommend this company to anyone. they are are responsible professionals

This is the worst nursing company I have ever been involved with. I have worked myself for home health aid angencies and I've never met a company that doesn't not comply or help you. You are the reason they are employed they should at least attempt. My son has a lot of complications that involve him to take seizure medications at specific times and the nurses would call off when we needed them to give him the medications. They neglect your children by sitting on their cellphone or laptop the entire shift they are here. My son has absolutely no neck control and the nurse would sit him up and let

Excellent company. The staffs are wonderful people. They treat their employees well. They always try to solve everyone problem. Love working here and I will recommend more people. They are computerized, so if you don't know how to work with computer, you may have a little issue but they are willing to teach you if you are willing to learn.
