Metropolitan Family Care offers care for infants and children, from well check-ups to immunizations, illness care, and educational support. No matter what your healthcare needs, we provide personalized care for babies, kids, and adolescents. Whether your children are sick or well, we're the team you can trust to take care of their every need.
Prescription medications including antibiotics and pain medications will not be called in by the doctor. Please be aware that on-call physician does not refill pain medications nor other prescription medications. Contact our office the next business day. Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, so that we can be sure to update any paperwork and patient data as needed. If you have to cancel, we can always reschedule you for another time - but we do ask for at least 24 hours of notice before cancellation. If you need your prescription refilled, we are happy to call your pharmacy and take care of it.

I was delivered in 1960 by the doctor who started this practice, and have been with them ever since. I can’t say enough good things about my current physician, except to say she provides the same caring, thorough care, and meets the high standards set by the wonderful man who started it all. Over time I have seen all the doctors at this practice, and except for one, I have always been very satisfied with my care. You will not find a better team of doctors! Friendly, professional and accurate. The quality of care is consistently great and you can tell they take great pride in effectively caring for their patients. Dr. Tyberg is phenomenal and I would never see another doctor. The front desk has room for improvement however they are getting better. Love this office!

I started with jeffrey meiring years ago when they were at barnett and livingston. He is one of the best. Hes almost always able to treat me and when he can't he finds me a specialist who can. I think i have seen most of his partners all his partners and they are great. The staff are friendly and professional. The office also offers walk in hours in morning. If i could give more then 5 stars i would.

I've been to several family doctors over the years, but no one gives such extraordinary care and comfort like Doctor Suggs. She's always had a great team working for her and treats more like more than a patient. She sees me as a friend and goes above and beyond to take care of me.
I never really thought to give a review about medical practitioners, but I was thinking about an upcoming visit and actually had a smile on my face. Who actually looks FORWARD to going to see their doctor?

I've been using the services at MFC for about 20 years. Great services and I've had the same doctor for about that long! Dr. Suggs is excellent! We always get a few minutes to chat about other things in addition to my medical issues. It makes for a very fulfilling appointment. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
