Benrich Service Company is a multi-generational family owned business. The name Benrich was derived from it's founder, Richard Bendheim. Richard established Benrich in 1962 on the family philosophy of unparalleled service, honesty, integrity, and fair pricing. After Richard's passing in 1985, his son Peter took over the family business.
Peter grew the company by adding new services and opening new branch locations. In 2018, Peter entered retirement and his two son's Redge and Tanner took over. Peter still works as an advisor to Redge and Tanner as they continue to grow and expand the company. Benrich continues to thrive today under the same family philosophy established by Richard.

Benrich specializes in a variety of water treatment options to protect your piping from leaks, scale and corrosion.
The Benrich Water Treatment System is effective in that it coats the inside of piping systems with a microscopic layer of film, thus minimizing the water to metal contact and reducing the rate of corrosion/calcification. It will also slowly remove existing scale that has formed within your piping system over time.

I sent in pictures via email to these guys showing them the condition of the boiler burner coils that needed to be cleaned. I asked for a guy to come out and quote on the cleaning. Instead of sending me a local repair guy they got one to travel over an hour away and wanted me to pay $150 bucks/per hour for his travel time. All he did was look confused at the boiler and agreed that it needed to be cleaned but he didnt bring any solution to clean the coils. So he tried to charge me $400 bucks for coming out and doing absolutely nothing and gave me a quote for the work that needed to be done

I would give this company 10 Stars if I could. Service was so fast, friendly and they cleaned up everything. They were $1,000 cheaper than another company that didn't complete the job in 30 days. Benrich had it done in one day. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and definitely use them again.

The customer service is unparalleled and even through their expansion of service areas, they have managed to keep their company and staff tailoring to their customer's needs. Their pricing is fair, they are extremely thorough, and the end result is nothing short of perfection. I will definitely be referring everyone here for their plumbing and water heating needs.

Your company has the worst customer service on the planet!!!!!!!!! It is inexcusable to wait for a quote for 2 weeks. You had no problem sending a person to shut my water off and pay you $250 (which literally took the technician 5 minutes), but I have been waiting from Nov 1 to Nov 15 for you to send someone to take a look at the pipes that need to be worked on. (Even though I sent an email with pictures of the spot in question.) And then for me to continue following up on the quote... leaving messages without ANYONE calling me back. Instead, I need to keep calling you. ??? Not everyone has jobs
