Renters Be Warned
I started my renting experience with Karen and Garth looking forward to renting from just a couple and not a corporate business. The renting period was good and they were nice landlords BUT, holding to the Madison landlord stereotype, they screwed us over at the end with the security deposit. I recommend taking many pictures when moving into any of their apartment because not only did we leave the apartment clean, it was definitely cleaner than what we moved into but unfortunately we had no proof of this and they charged us with a 200 dollar cleaning fee because it was not to

I had given these folks very short notice because I was only in town for two days. They still took the time to squeeze me in, make sure the appraisal was down professionally, thoroughly, and accurately. I appreciate their level of professionalism.
