For all of your commercial real estate needs, Teri Bell at Kothe RE Partners is top notch. She helped me negotiate the lease of my business space and her knowledge and expertise helped me strike an amazing deal. As a chiropractor, I would have had no idea what to look for, what you can ask for, how much you can negotiate, etc. Hiring someone who knows the "game" could end up saving you THOUSANDS!!
