I represent people charged with crimes in West Memphis, Marion, Forrest City, and other parts of Eastern Arkansas. If you've recently found out you have a warrant for your arrest in the Memphis area, you need to take care of it as soon as possible. I received a serious traffic citation at a very difficult time in my life. Having to go to court at the scheduled time was not an option for me due to a relocation to another state and other personal issues. And besides, who really wants to sit in a general courtroom in downtown Memphis. The Stegall Law Firm represented me very professionally and was prompt to respond to all my questions and concerns. Working with Pat was a breeze. I got a speeding ticket, and after one phone call, he set everything up to attend court for me. He was able to get my ticket dismissed, keep my driving record blemish-free - and he got back to me the morning of the court date to let me know about it. I'm the mother of the client that is being talked about with this Rice case. I was going to be charged 3,000 for my son to be represented. I paid to have a rule 21 filed in the state of Miss
instead a moion for reconsideration was filed. I could have done this myself. All motions for reconsideration are denied. I paid to have rule 21 challenged which would been beat in my opinion. My son and I paid 1,500 down. I have proof and then another 400 after that. Patrick contacted my son one time and went on vacation. I was the one who notified him that this reconsideration was denied and not what I paid

I used Mr Stegall’s legal services for resolving an issue with a citation I had in West Memphis almost 2 years and was paid immediately upon confirmation from state authorities that it was a non moving violation and there would be no harm to my DMV record.
About a month ago I was shocked to be acknowledged that I have a misdemeanor on my criminal record (sic!). The State of Arkansas is very strict to CDL license holders and almost every citation in this state is considered as a unclassified misdemeanor which goes to your criminal record.

Mr. Stegall is second to none. He has represented me several times and got the results I wanted. He is professional, trustworthy and he works hard. He is an excellent communicator and responds to inquiries promptly. Hands down, he is the only attorney in Memphis that I would recommend.
