Al did an excellent, professional job for us! Throughout the entire process, from the first phone call, until even after he emailed our report, we have received top notch customer service. He was flexible and worked with us to set the appointment even though we had to reschedule initially. He was extremely thorough and inspected every square foot of the house with a fine-tooth comb. Then he took the time to explain every issue to me in painstaking details. I couldn’t be happier with his services, and recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Al missed some really obvious and important things. On the side of my house the roof had a 1" Gap that rain was getting in. The laundry room has a ground/neutral running across the wall that attaches the 240v dryer to the 120v washer then wraps around water pipe. It's literally a copper wire nailed on the wall. A/C system was bad and had to be replaced. Live wires randomly laying around in the attic. And 20a breakers on 15 wires. I feel like these are important and obvious things to catch.
