Excellent Customer Service!!! I received notifications via email and text before, during, and after the inspection. I was not able to attend the inspection, but the inspector gave me a call and addressed all my questions before leaving the inspection site. I received a thorough review of the entire property; it was very detailed and easy to follow. We will use them again if we decide to invest in the area again.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with this company from the very start. They were unwilling to help me with a reinspection.

This review is for the receptionist Aaron who answers the phone. I have to say the tone and attitude he exhibited over the phone is really not friendly, a little snobbish and let you feel you are nothing but a potential client begging him. I placed two calls, first call could not get an idea of their earliest available date as he refused to give it to me; 2nd call, I asked him to email me what's covered in quoted price, he refused too, just asked me to book first, then email. Your price is the highest, yet it sounds like you don't really care.

My sister and I chose this company because of the plethora of five-star positive reviews on Yelp. While they were a few hundred more than their competitors, we were willing to pay it, because we wanted quality.

Kyle came out and did a thorough job. However, he left the lights on, water on floor, A/C unit off, didn't respect that we had asked and offered him to use foot covers when walking on the carpet inside the home, and broke our bathroom sink faucet.

They showed up on time and did a very good inspection. The inspector was very knowledgable of the building code. I was very pleased with the work and the price.

Well written inspection report with clear pictures and diagrams. Never met the inspector being I booked a date and they advised that my presence was not required. This is very convenient for people with busy schedules. Would highly recommend.

Shawn made for a seamless appointment and was more than accommodating during our home buying process. We showed up to the house about 40 minutes before Dennis and Nick were done and they gave us a quick update upon our arrival before letting us roam around again until they finished. Once they did finish, they told us their major concerns and recommended repairs. The next morning, we received the 70 page report. It was incredibly detailed and meticulous. Houston Inspection is great!

I'm in the early stage of a purchasing my 1st home in the Humble.
I was unable to arrive for the inspection but my sister video conference me with Dennis and Nick. I was very impressed with how thoroughly they explained concern spots and answered my questions. The report was very detailed and easy to read.

Great inspection job done by Ronnie. My realtor specifically requested him, as he is one of the more senior guys who pays great attention to detail.

I booked the inspection about 3 days in advance and had no issues getting someone out here quickly.

After the inspection, I received a detailed report on the house. I spoke with the inspector afterwards and he sat down and went detail by detail with me with any questions or concerns I had with the property. Not only that, Ronnie gave me his idea based off his past experiences of the cost/ways to fix some of the damaged or troubled areas.

Price wise

Great efficient service. The night before my scheduled inspection I found out that the AC unit wasn't working and would have to be fixed, meaning that the inspector would not be able to fully conduct the inspection. Despite having a 48 hour cancellation policy, they were completely understanding and rescheduled the inspection at no extra charge. The appointment was already scheduled late in the week and at first it didn't look like there were any openings left that week. When I explained that my option period was up at the end of the week and I had to have the inspection ASAP, they made

Nick did the inspection for us. The home is newly built so no serious problems are found.

Pros:
1. Price is low in comparison with other competitors. And they include free thermo scan and pest inspection.
2. Fast response from the customer service. Fast report generation.
3. Nick is a nice person. He inspected the house in a standard manner.

1. Although I asked Nick to add the 'withered yard grass problem' and 'notch on the concrete problem' to the report, he did not do it. So the builder forgot to repair it because they did the
