Steve is a Managing Partner at Young Wooldridge, LLP, and has been a member of the firm's Water Law and Special Districts Department for 27 years. Steve's specialized practice has focused on working with numerous water agencies locally and throughout the State.
Steve provides both general counsel and litigation services for his clients, which include water districts, SGMA Groundwater Sustainability Agencies, and Joint Powers Authorities, with groundwater banking projects and surface supplies from various rivers and the state (SWP) and federal (CVP) water projects.Steve likes staying active in the local community.

Jerry Pearson is a Partner at Young Wooldridge, LLP, and a member of the firm's Business Department. He was born in Torrance, Calif., but grew up in Fresno where he also attended college. He received his bachelor's degree in history from California State University Fresno and his Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law, also in Fresno.
Ned Dunphy was born in New York, but moved to Toronto, Canada when he was a young child. He attended school in Canada and one year at the University of Toronto. In 1983, he accepted an invitation from Cesar Chavez to attend a law school program established under the authority of the California State Bar's Law Office Study program.

My parents and I needed wills and trusts. Met with Kevin Danley and found him personable and knowledgeable. We felt at ease talking to him about what we wanted in our wills and he was good about explaining the difference between wills and trusts and the reasons for each. You hear all the time about law firms and the high fees they charge. Kevin was up front and reasonable, at least within the range for what we needed done, and even was a bit below what seemed to be the standard pricing of other firms. We haven't received our final documents so will update in a few weeks if anything changes
