Estate planning is the process of planning for the disposition and distribution of your property upon your death. Estate planning typically attempts to eliminate uncertainties over the administration of a probate and to maximize the value of the estate by reducing taxes and other expenses. Dealing with legal issues after the death of a loved one can be overwhelming and scary and I’m not sure how we would have survived the ordeal without Shannon, Sandi and the entire staff at Miller Elder Law Firm. After the death of our dad, my brother and I needed an attorney in Florida (we live out-of-state) to help us navigate the process; we are so thankful we chose Shannon Miller. Our case was a long and drawn-out process, but we were kept informed, educated and up-to-date on the process every step of the way.

Larry and I met with Shannon and her staff to prepare our wills. Admittedly not the thing you look forward to doing, but necessary. They made the task so much better than I anticipated. The office atmosphere is cheerful and friendly. The process and the details of the wills were explained thoroughly. I left feeling that it was a job well done. Thanks to all at the Miller Elder Law Firm! Sharon and Larry Taylor

Ms. Shannon Miller and her staff made my family & I feel at ease. She took her time to explain in detail what my brother and I needed to do for our parents. She never once made us feel hurried. Her compassion for the well being of elderly people was evident by her actions. When she met with my Momma, she treated my Mother as if my Momma was her Momma
While explaining to my Momma what we needed to do for the well being of my Daddy and Momma, my Momma started to cry, Ms. Miller took my Mommas hand and promised her that she (Ms. Miller) knew Momma had two children and spouses that loved her & Daddy
