I had them out to repair a toilet flange. Took 15 minutes and they charged me $200 for labor, though I had to calculate that myself because they didn't separate materials and labor on the bill. I thought they were charging me so much for labor because they were going to screw the new flange to the floor and there were no existing holes, but they didn't so now its just going to break again in a couple years

I have never left a Yelp review, but today's experience made me want to warn others about this company's predatory practices in regard to labor costs for installing a 50-gallon water heater. I did not have any work performed by this company today, but they certainly attempted to rip me off to the extreme. I will start with the positives:
POSITIVES:
My previous water heater was installed by this company in March of 2010. It was a 50-gallon Westinghouse medium-height unit. The cost was about $700 or so. I also used them another time for outdoor spigot work - also a positive experience

This company saved the day as my kids were taking a bath in cold water one night, and in under 24 hours we had a new water heater up and running. I felt compelled to give them an outstanding review
and I just realized I had already posted about these guys previously.
Welcoming anyone into your home, especially circumstances that are some what of an emergency, can be uncomfortable. David from City Wide was a gentleman and friendly as can be. Thankful and glad I stumbled upon these guys again, I will be saving

First time out they weren't able to clear the line with the snake. Offered to come out again the next day with a different machine. After some troubles the tech was able to get everything flowing again. I appreciate that they were persistent and wanted to fix it for me and that they did not change me again for the second visit. Shows integrity!

Thank you City wide for your awesome service! My handyman came over to snake my bathroom sink, he told me that he couldn't clear it because my drain in the was broken and he would have to open my walls to fix it. I called City Wide they sent Lou out he got the drain open and everything is working perfectly no broken drain pipe.

We were very happy and impressed with the friendly customer service and knowledgeable way that Robert handled our water leak problem. He was extremely down-to-earth, and took the time to not only examine every possibility for the problem, but also patiently explained our options and answered all of our questions. They were pleasant on the phone when I called and Robert came to our home within 3 hours. I will definitely use them again.

We have had some complicated plumbing problems during the past few months. The men sent out to solve them have been, without exception, just excellent. The costs are reasonable and the people are pros. Lou has been particularly patient and good to deal with. I can recommend Citywide very highly. Thank you!

I called at 10:00 am this morning and Lou was at my house by 11:30 am which was critical since my kitchen had a leak. I asked him if could also do some additional work and he had it all done very quickly. I thought the price was fair for the great service I received. I know very little about plumbing so I always wonder if I am being sold a bunch of stuff I don't need and I didn't get that impression with City Wide Plumbing.

5 stars to City Wide! My neighbor recommended them on Nextdoor and now I know why. I had a main line plumbing leak, and not only did they return my call within an hour, they came out the next morning and had the whole situation fixed in under 2 hours for what I would consider a reasonable price. Hopefully I don't have any more issues with the lines in my home, but if I do at least now I know who to call.

I had a wonderful experience today with Robert. I was tight on time, and City Wide arranged for Robert to come out same day. They called when he was on his way, and he showed up promptly on time. He was very friendly and professional, and he gave me an estimate on fixing my leaking toilet. His advice was honest, and the estimate was very reasonable! I was very impressed all around! I will definitely be using Robert for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

Awesome service and very helpful. Had a clogged kitchen drain and they sent someone out within the day to get it fixed and running smoothly. The guy was super cool and I felt as if he did not overcharge me like other companies tend to do. I will definitely use this company again for any other plumbing issues.

FABULOUS service! A micro burst took out a very large Mesquite tree in our yard... pulling up the water main to the house in the process. City Wide was out to my house at 8:30 the next morning despite my calling them after business hours. I couldn't have asked for speedier response.
They knowledgeable technician explained the process to me and proceeded to install a temporary line to the house that allows us to live here while the tree is removed.
HIGHLY recommend these folks for your plumbing needs!

I first called City Wide out to replace a hot water heater at my parents house a number of years ago, and they have since become my go-to plumbing company for my own home, our rental properties, and I recommend them to all of my clients. Just wanted to thank everyone at City Wide Plumbing service. Stacy at the office was very helpful getting us scheduled right away. Robert and Lou are excellent service sales technicians. They where honest courteous also extremely knowledgeable. They offered information that could help anyone save money in a pinch. They believe doing the job right the first time.
