The Cure All team was great overall. Easy and quick to schedule and on time as promised. Don was our tech and, following a late Friday diagnosis on our water heater, went out of his way to get us the water heater we wanted installed on Saturday. My only nit - which really makes this a 4.5 out of 5, is I would have liked him to walk thru with me the re-circulating timer to ensure it was set correctly. I was left with the manual to do it on my own. This left me questioning whether I set it up correctly so it’s working as needed.

I called with an issue, and Cure All came quickly to replace my garbage disposal. Donald Fennig from Cure All Plumbing arrived on-time to fix my water main leak in my front yard. It had been leaking for a couple days and I was stressed thinking about the cost and how high my water bill was going to be. He checked everything out, explained everything so I understood and gave me the cost to fix and a 2nd estimate for recommended work. I chose to just repair the leak for now which was surprisingly less than I thought it would be and asked for him to send the additional repairs recommended for future consideration. He was here for less than 2 1/2 hours and after digging up the pipe

Donald did a good job clearing the leak beneath my kitchen sink. (I hope) Before that they did good putting on a new water outlet when I got a new and different washing machine. So I decided to spend some of the "stimulus money" I got from Uncle Sam and give them some work and stimulate the economy.
I did not have any drain problems, but my house was here before the AZ Code required a sewer clean-out pipe. I didn't have one and decided to let them put a two-way clean-out tube in for me out front of my house. I thought the price was high and even had the estimator out again, but

I do not recommend this company.... they tried to install a new water heater for me for $1700. Then when I had my brother in law speak to the plumber on the phone and explain to price he couldn't even explain how he came up with such an exorbitant price. So I told the gentleman I was going to shop around more and he said " well what can you do" I told him I had another guy that could do it for $780 and he said he couldn't come close but miraculously he could come down to $1400. I felt like since I was a women alone he was taking advantage of me. I still had to pay him$100 because

Cure All was able to send someone out to my house the next day when I had water leaking from my ceiling. They repaired the leaky pipe that day for a very reasonable cost, and recommended a wonderful Restoration company to treat the mold that the leaking water had caused. They also came about a week later to replace our old water heater and the service at that time was all so wonderful. They worked quickly and communicated well about what time they would arrive.

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

These guys are great! I called about a leak in my kitchen (in the wall). Spencer came out and provided me with a FREE estimate and several different options. He also strongly recommended I call a water mitigation/restoration company to come make an assessment and even gave them a call to get them to come out. Long story short, I had the water restoration guys come out and then called Spencer back to do the plumbing fix. After attempting to repair my shower handle myself, I finally realized that I needed a professional. The shower handle would not turn left or right nor would it pull out or push in, which is the way this one functioned.
This tech, Wes, was so professional, on time, quick and did a beautiful job. He had to cut into the wall, through the back of a pantry, to reach the plumbing inside the wall. When I looked inside the wall, he had done such a great job of measuring, fitting the new piece and welding it, that I could have set it on my table as an art deco piece. NO Kidding! I was really impressed

We have a one year Homeowner's warranty through Old Republic Home Protection which we purchased last December with our house. Last night around 6PM we realized that we didn't have any hot water. I checked the water heater, and it was cold. Checked the breaker, and it was OK. So I called Old Republic, and within an hour I received a call from Cure All Plumbing. He explained to me how to reset the button inside the heater. I did that and the unit fired up. All is well.
