1st visit, everyone very friendly, met Dr. Stanford right away. Everyone kept me informed of each step getting started, then a full explanation/discussion of what is needed to be done, and a beginning " plan of action". This was followed with a complete explanation of what my insurance will cover and what my charges will be to the next step of my procedure. Complete transparency.

Dr. Stanford really took his time X-raying and doing a thorough evaluation on my teeth and mouth.
Dr. Stanford and his staff were very upbeat, kind and Patient with me through the whole experience. I am a nervous Nellie when it comes to dental work and they really helped me through it by cracking jokes and explaining everything being done to my mouth before and during the process. I am actually looking forward to my cleaning coming up. I never would have said this in the past!

The only dentist that I've ever been to that concerned with preventative care instead of reactive care. Is considered out of network by most insurances unfortunately, but that is due to the newest/highest quality tools they use and the preventative nature. Better to pay a bit more at each visit and catch something early than to wait until you need a root canal by using traditional dentists. Staff is very friendly and makes a point to be available. Would highly recommend

Everyone I’ve encountered is so friendly and make you feel at ease going there. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and they didn’t make me feel bad at all. We came up with a plan together to get me teeth back in good shape. I highly recommend this office Dr. Stanford is very knowledgeable and nice and I loved my hygienist.

Dr. Stanford and his whole staff are amazing! When I first came to the office I knew that I needed a lot of work done. Dr. Stanford took time to explain what treatment was needed to keep my oral health in great shape. They did a fantastic job and now I can proudly say I enjoy smiling again. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Stanford’s since the mid 80’s. He’s a great dentist. He has done a LOT of work on me. I’ve NEVER seen a needle. He’s a magician with it! He has a wonderful “bedside” manner and really wants to help his patients while trying to do the work as economically as possible. We’ve talked options but he always lets the decision up to the patient. I highly recommend him!

The staff are great people who do there job effectively while also being personable and attentive. I’ve had several different hygienists in at my appointments and all have been kind and very helpful in advising me in my dental care! Every time I go in I know I will get a better understanding of my dental situation and a good time listening to music and talking to great people!

I've been coming here with my family for a long time (going on almost 20 years now!) and there is honestly no one else I'd rather trust my teeth with than here. Awesome friendly, and professional staff. I have gone there for many years, and usually actually enjoy my time there. Dr. Stanford is always on the cutting edge of the science of new equipment. They have massage chairs and you get to choose your music genre. They have also just added a state-of-the art teeth whitening system, which I experienced yesterday. It was painless and easy, only 25 minutes at a great price. My teeth whitened at least 2 shades, and they send home a whitening pen.

I've been going to Dr. Stanford and his team now for a few years. I happen to be a longtime friend of one of his daughters so the introduction was easy. After a long time of being unhappy with my teeth I decided it was time to make a change. I've since been able to transform my smile into something I am extremely proud of and always want to show off. Every time I go to the office I am greeted with a warm welcome and smiles from the entire staff. Everybody at Stanford Dental is truly nothing but nice. I have gone here for about 8 years, and even though I've since moved to the city, I will still happily come back to Ballwin for appointments.
