Suzanne uses an eclectic approach and creates an individual strategy for each and every client. Her goal is to help people get through the hurdles that life has placed in their way. She uses a short-term therapy approach to teach cognitive and behavioral techniques to get to the core of the problem.
She teaches and coaches you on forgiveness, re-framing and coping skills to handle anything that comes your way. Suzanne's practice is small, hands on, concierge, individualized office catering to those that want to heal and live their best life. I do therapy for a wide range of life's challenges and help individuals, couples and families cope through the difficult moments in life.

Explore your senses: Through Observation, Touch, Listening, Taste, Observing and Movement. And the experience is powered by our Campower Rangers, a volunteer army of 20-50-somethings; our camp counselors who put the fun in funky. We do arts & crafts, awesome workouts, archery, yoga, meditation, competitive games (yes; pie eating is a sport), karaoke, campfires, dance parties, hikes, and even Happy Hours.
Suzanne Wachtel has helped me to put my mind at ease and be less stressed about everyday life with my AD/HD teenage son. She guided my husband and I in making some very big decisions for him, and encouraged us to 'let go' a little bit and live outside our comfort zone. Because she has dealt with many of the same issues with her own children, she is able to give me very insightful advice and suggestions.
