They do excellent demo work. Super creative solutions to complex problems. They demolished my old chimney for $200. Wrapped ropes and chains around it and just pulled with their truck. Osha be darned. Sure they wrecked their trailer but they got the job done. I'm glad my old chimney provided lots of lulz.

Sean and Spire Contracting & Roofing are professional. I recently had a leak in one of my bedrooms, and could see where it was coming from in the attic traveling down one of the joists into this particular spot. He came over to take a look, located the issue up top, and fixed it in no time. He even gave me a big discount since it was such a quick fix, and did not charge me his standard rate for inspections and repairs.

We are thrilled with our experience with Spire Roofing.
First, we had a job that other roofers did not want to take, as it involved fixing a badly installed roof (other roofers would only agree to replace it). Sean and Erik carefully explained the costs and benefits of repair vs replacement and worked with us to develop a repair plan that met our needs and schedule. Simply put, they were willing to work with us more than other roofers were.
Second, they came promptly and worked quickly and the final product looks excellent.

Sean with Spire Roofing helped me during a critical home improvement project that required the installation of flashing around two new concentric vents. A lot of roofing contractors that I contacted weren’t interested in the small amount of work and scheduling requirements. This installation required coordination with a plumber who had to be available at the same time to cut the opening so there wouldn’t be two exposed holes in my roof.
