We hired this company based on their three room special for about $130. After paying $980 to get their "guaranteed services", we were left with multiple tears in the carpet of two rooms and the spots we started with. After months of promises from an owner of the company that they would pay for the replacement of our carpet, we were told that their insurance company's payment would be limited to the actual value of our carpet based on its age, and, we would receive no additional damage compensation from the company. We have used Zerorez Austin several times with amazing results! When the SA location opened they switched our services to this location, and both times have been AWFUL. Not only are the prices higher, but they did a horrible, sloppy, fast job and the spots came right back.
I thought the first time was a fluke and have them a second chance-
We spent almost $600, and after calling and leaving messages no one has responded to even try and make things right.
