Bill possesses over 28 years of design experience. Bill's main focus is bridge design, and he has an extensive background providing solutions for contractors during construction of bridges and other structures. His expertise also includes providing innovative solutions in Value Engineering for contractors and state agencies.
To assure that both the designer and owner of a project have their standards adhered to, White Brothers Consulting offers construction monitoring. Our project representatives have experience in large earthmoving operations, as well as sewer and waterline projects. In addition, our staff has certifications in erosion, sediment and storm water inspection.
To help clients protect their pipeline investment, White Brothers Consulting offers pipeline coating inspections. Our inspectors are NACE Certified Level 2 inspectors and can inspect both steel and non-steel substrates, including concrete. From initial construction of the pipeline to existing pipelines in place, we possess the necessary equipment and knowledge to inspect your pipeline.
