Our comprehensive suite of veterinary services ensures that every aspect of your pet's well-being is given the excellent care they deserve.

AAHA stands for the American Animal Hospital Association, and their importance to the veterinary industry cannot be understated. AAHA is the accrediting body for companion animal hospitals in the United States, and their requirements for recognition have revealed that only 12 to 15 percent of hospitals in the US are accredited.
Your pet's health is always our number one priority, which is why we recommend annual or semi-annual wellness exams to ensure that your animal companion remains in good health. Recommended frequency of exams will depend on your pet's age and general health status. These exams allow us to check on crucial health concerns, so we can continue to help you manage them properly.
Do you have a new energetic, happy and loving new baby animal companion? If so, we can't wait to meet your new friend, and we are certain they are absolutely adorable. Please schedule an exam with us as soon as possible so we may welcome your puppy or kitten into our family, make sure they are healthy and give you guidance and support to acclimate them into your home and life.
Vaccinations are the best weapon against many viral and bacterial infections, as they prevent deadly diseases like canine parvovirus and rabies. Vaccinations are vital to pet health and should be administered to every animal. It's important to administer vaccinations while your pets are still puppies or kittens when their young immune systems are still developing and need protection to stay healthy.
Your pet is an easy target for parasites and small insects. Common parasites like ticks and fleas feed on your pets, potentially infecting them with many dangerous diseases. Discover how these tiny pests can cause big problems. These bloodsucking insects feed on mammals and lay eggs in their fur. Fleas can transmit harmful parasites like tapeworms and murine typhus, as well as cause dermatitis and anemia.

Great service but on the expensive side. Would've been probably half the price in the lower 48.

Everyone here has been exceptional helping me nurse my senior cat back to health. They are informative and caring and never charge anything without discussing and getting your permission first. The price quotes are always within what they initially said and you can tell they truly care about helping you and your pet. When I would call they would ask how my pet was doing and remembered us. Even when they were completely booked, they still made myself and my cat a priority which meant a lot to me. Dr. Fisher has been more than accomadating and helpful and caring toward us. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness
They charged a bill that was not explained properly and the receptionist hung off the phone while I was trying to cancel the next appointment. This receptionist's attitude was trash and not professional and leave horrific image of the whole clinic. I will never return to this place again.

Extremely sketchy STAY AWAY. First vet (Elizabeth Millman) was very kind and considerate of our situation, but when our dog got checked up under Renee Rember there were serious issues that went beyond the health of our dog. They continued to charge for random shots and procedure after they said they wouldn’t and without our permission. They sent us a report which is full of lies about how we only gave our dog one day’s worth of antibiotics as an excuse for a shot that costed over $100 when we fed them to him everyday and blamed us for their own incompetence. Also hung up the phone on us when

I use this clinic for all my k9 needs. The staff and vets make me feel so comfortable. They make my pets feel comfortable also. I have not had that kind of experience with any veterinary clinic in the Fairbanks North Star Borough. I have been here several times now and have always had the same type of experience. Also they are very reasonably priced and down-to-earth and do not seem to push unnecessary procedures on to your pet. It's nice to know that there are still people out there that has your pets best interest in mind.

I was a returning customer with same issue with dog. Got charged double without any explanation prior to care being provided. I felt staff was unprofessional and I will not be taking my dog there for care ever again. A heads up would have made a difference and would not have been such a shock.
