Services
My parents were buying and flipping houses for as long as I can remember, and I spent many weekends as a child "helping" them paint the houses they were working on. After college I. Taylor is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University. She is knowledgeable about the properties she leases and is ready to help you with your next rental home.
With an inventory of hundreds of units, we have all kinds of rental property, from studios to executive homes & farms. Just run a search to find the right property for you. With over 45 years of experience in the buying, selling and renting of property we know the market like the back of our hand and we will put that experience to work for you.
Want to profit from an investment property but do not want the hassles of dealing with tenants? We specialize in property management. With 45 years of experience, we know the right way to handle your investment. With background checks, a proven lease, a full leasing and management staff, computerized monthly statements and a 24 hour maintenance line - all you have to do is wait for the property to pay for itself!
Homeownership is one of the core concepts of the American Dream. When a person is ready to make that dream a reality there are certain steps to buying a home that must be followed. These steps ensure that the person is prepared to actually own his or her own home, that the right location and home are selected, and that the actual purchase of the house proceeds with as few problems as possible.
When your notice to vacate the property at the lease end has been received, we will be placing a sign on the property and start to market the property for rent. We will call you at the numbers you have provided to arrange for showings on the property 24 hours in advance. Please call the office to schedule your move out inspection on or before the last day of your lease.

I would NOT recommend their services to anyone, all they want is your money, their contract does not favour the tenant and their house is old and not well maintained at all. I regret moving into their property. They treat you as if you do not matter, it's only the rent that matter to them at the end of the month. They would send you letters of eviction within a week if you delay in sending in your rent, very inconsiderate!

I thought the owner was my friend, my family and I had 4 neighbors evicted next to us, in the short time the other side of the duplex was empty, I would cut the other side grass , clean up after the bad neighbors, we use to look after each other, once I moved out, I got hit with a bill for 2k sent to collections with no warning or no communication from the company at all , on top of that, they took my deposit, which is cool because I had 2 young kids, they said we owe 1K for paint lol we was there for 5 years, I hate that in the middle of building a business and feeding my family that I have to

Our rental home was under a different rental company when we started our lease, halfway through it was changed to Positive Property. Positive Property is well managed, professional and very responsive to matters. Taylor and Betsy, were the main two I was in contact with most and they are very nice and easy to deal with. Especially, when it came to move out. Positive Property is by far the best rental company I have had to deal with. 5/5 recommend.

I do not think it is possible to put into words what dealing with this company and the owner of the rental property has been like. During the initial showing the refrigerator was 'malfunctioning' and we all had a little laugh assuming the lady showing the place, the ceo of positive property, Melinda, had jamed it up with her Styrofoam cup and caused water to go all over the floor during her inspection of the house before the showing. The fridge was not working at all but it seems she was unable to discern this during her inspection and thought it was just an accidental leak. She also noted the

I want to brag on Positive Property and their fantastic service. Not only is our rent more reasonable than we have found anywhere, this company is operated by people who honestly care. During the COVID pandemic I lost my job. Betsy has been there every step of the way, helping us, answering our questions, and calming our fears. If we need anything repaired, a quick call to Betsy and the problem is fixed. I have never experienced a property management company with this level of compassion and caring. Betsy treats us as more than tenants. She treats us as friends. I recommend Positive Property to

I’d figure I’d take the time out and express how much I like this company. I’ve been a tenant since May of 2019. My kids and I love the area we live in and of course the duplex. Whenever I call or submit an online maintenance request they’re quick to respond and send someone out to resolve the issue right away. I don’t have one complaint! Thank you Randy & Betsy.

Nick, the leasing agent, didn’t show up to show a house at the scheduled time, and did not answer calls or texts. 48 hours later he texts to ask if we still want to see the property, with no explanation of why he never showed or responded days before. While waiting an hour for him to show up I read all the Google Reviews which indicate Nick no-shows potential renters frequently, and that this is not a reliable rental management company when it comes to maintenance. Glad Nick no showed so I didn’t get stuck with Positive Property Mangagement!!

They are a poor management Company. Upon receiving a application, you should check employment an verify rent and if and when a lease is completed. Carrying out business that way ensures no harm comes to a… person who is trying to move. What happens if you have a NASTY LANDLORD? A APPLICANT may have a personal reason why they need to move such as a loss of employment their budget is so they can't afford where they are an they are smart enough to try an find cheeper home verses screwing a landlord out of money. A tenant is under no LEGAL obligation to any LANDLORD once a LEASE has ended, therefore

I recently had an encounter with Positive Property Management whereby they accepted my money to hold a townhouse and refused to refund it within the 72 hour period allowed. We paid our deposit over the phone as we're relocating from IL to KY. Once we arrived in Nicholasville to close the deal and move in, they showed us another property that was a… complete FILTHY MESS. The carpets were filthy, the walls hadn't been painted, the blinds were dirty, cracked and missing slats. It was not the warm and cozy place portrayed on craigslist and zillow. In my opinion THIS PROPERTY IS A MESS AND THEIR
