Services
As part of the F1 Student status, many students participate in Curricular Practical Training (CPT) during their studies, and Optional Practical Training (OPT) either during or after they complete their program of study. U.S. immigration law provides foreign nationals with a variety of ways to become lawful permanent residents (obtain a Green Card) through employment or marriage in the United States.

Under employment, there are five categories of visas-the EB-1 for extraordinary abilities, the EB-2 for advanced degrees, the EB-3 for skilled and unskilled workers, the EB-4 for religious leaders, and the EB-5 for million-dollar investors. Before working in the U.S., a citizen of a foreign country must first obtain a U.S. work visa.

I highly recommend Timur and his staff, they helped me apply for and acquire my wife's green card without any issues in a timely manner. Their office is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful (even with the most obtuse questions, haha). Their prices were reasonable and their staff professional. This was my first interaction with an immigration lawyer and I definitely plan on returning if the need ever arises.
