The hardest part is asking for help. This is often an intimidating or humbling experience which is why we will offer you an appointment the same week you call. I'll give you the opportunity to share what your concerns are and ask any questions you need to prepare for our first meeting. It takes two to make a marriage; it takes three to save it.

It is not uncommon for couples to wait until they are in crisis before they ask for help. Sometimes they feel embarrassed, believe they should be able to solve their own problems, or are afraid the situation might be hopeless. Whatever the cause for the crisis the first thing we have to do is stop the pain.
My career began in the banking industry. Navigating through the hurdles of the financial world was both challenging and rewarding, but I always felt I had more to offer. Finally, in 2008, I left corporate America and accepted a position working with families needing help caring for toddlers and infants.
My name is Lenora Chapman. I am a native of Cleveland, OH and I have been raised in Columbus, OH since the age of 11. My career began long before I realized how vital self care is, or how important both personal and intrapersonal relationship boundaries are in our everyday lives. Growing up, my mom raised me and my older sister as a single parent.
My journey to become a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist) started when I was in Preschool. I know, preschool is one a very specific time/age, and two an interesting period to begin thinking about counseling. However, when I was that age, I experienced my biological parents getting a divorce.
My name is Kendall Coffman. I am a Columbus, OH native, however, I recently moved back to the Columbus area from Orlando, Florida.
