They were excellent and Mario and Logan did a fantastic job installing my new air conditioner and heating unit. Everything was explained perfectly. I only wish it was so expensive. But in the past I’ve experienced “You get what you pay for regrets for going with the least expensive quote “ I must say the service was excellent!

Randy showed up within the window given to us and was professional and friendly. He quickly solved the problem with our heater and was honest about exactly what was wrong with it. We were quoted by two other services to replace a motor potentially costing us over a thousand dollars. Randy troubleshooted the problem to a wire that was not connected and saved us those estimates. Great experience.

Called to make an appointment for regular maintenance on the new HVAC system they sold and installed. I told the receptionist I'm available Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. They had nothing available until Monday April 13th (almost 2 weeks). 5:30pm Saturday (4/11) I received a voice mail from Benny who said I was on the calendar for Easter Sunday (4/12) and they wouldn't be able to come? I called him back on left a voice mail to tell him my appointment was for Monday. I then called the office to notify them of their mistake and that I would be expecting someone from their company on Monday. Well

My Air conditioning and heating stopped working in my condo so I called Air Rite Heating & Air Conditioning company. I spoke with Benny and he agreed to come the same day. He correctly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed in no time with a very fair price. I was extremely happy with his quick turnaround time and he was very professional the entire time.

I want to thank the installers Pedro,Fernando and Andrew. They were professional, hard working, friendly and very clean. They replaced my AC unit along with the furnace, it was a big job. I also wanted to thank Christian as well, he was timely, knowledgeable and friendly, he followed up with me on install day and then the day after to assure everything was okay. I highly recommend Aire-Rite and their services.

We recently had some ac issues, during a mini heatwave, and decided to call AireRite as they were the 1st company that popped up on Goggle. I was surprised at how quickly they arrived. It took a few days to get the parts as our issue happened on the weekend. The ac worked for a week, then went out again. Benny sent someone out the same day, found another issue, and ordered another part. He sent out a specialist with our unit and it was repaired quickly. This whole ordeal was exhausting but Benny did what needed to be done to fix our air. I would definitely recommend this company for your ac needs

Called company for free estimate on model choices for new air conditioner and furnace install. Benny, introduced himself as owner came Sep 3, 2020. Claims new detailed and itemized quotes I requested "would come sometime next week". Next week came and went, with no response. I sent another email Sunday night after week had passed reminding him of the situation concerning timeliness and requested same quote. No response. So I called the office 2 days later on Tuesday to state failed advertised "free" quote to attempt to get another service tech. The office response was just horrific and even worse

Used these guys for a capacitor that went out and so had it replaced. Easy....Funny how a part that is $50 and typically $100-150 at any other place INSTALLED is now magically $750+ through airerite. I understand Fred the honest previous owner sold and airerite is under new ownership. I typically leave good reviews to spread the word for good people but these guys are thieves. Yes it was summer and yes the job was completed but a $500 mark up!! Lol Just be aware there are shady money hungry businesses out there that don't care about offering a FAIR service. Thanx airerite I'll spread

We had an issue with our ac . We spent money on it two years ago and Benny ended up sending someone out to fix for no charge which was a separate issue we appreciate it. We went with air rite because of Benny he was originally the one that came out and don was good very polite as well. Benny was knowledgeable about ac unit as well as don . I called to have my heater serviced , the customer service was great they scheduled a same day service, I was given a 30 min call before the they came out, i received 10% off my repair when i mentioned the google ad,
because my unit needs to be replaced soon the company will apply my repair cost to a new system when im ready to replace it so glad to hear my money can be used later on. Thanks again i will be calling you again soon.

Returning customer! Great experience! Our AC broke on a Sunday and they were even willing to come out that day, we were able to wait until the following business day though. They came on time and the courtesy call from the office for when they were on their way was very helpful! Technician was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything to me and pricing was very clear, which I appreciated. Have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

SHOP AROUND!! Get quotes from other contractors and don't get ripped off by this guy like I did. He charged me over $800 to fix my AC that stopped working the next day. I contacted other companies and had 4 quotes ranging from $250-400 for the same exact work he did. I had to argue with the "manager" Benjie and threaten to file a complaint with the state Contractor's Board just to get a partial refund on my extremely overpriced service.
I had WORKING INSTALLERS come out and fix my AC.
So buyer beware and definitely get additional quotes.
